Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate your business. When you book a session online and submit payment, you are reserving a dedicated time slot. Because that time is set aside exclusively for you, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer the space to another client.

Cancellations and Refunds

• If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

• No-shows (failing to attend your appointment without notice) are also non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may be treated as a cancellation.
